COVID-19 has forced a lot of changes on the industry, but at DAA we are committed to providing the highest level of service to our people. So, while other auctions have laid off thousands of employees, DAA hasn't let any employee go, to ensure that we continue to provide that same consistency in customer care that we provided before, during and will continue to provide after the pandemic.
From a production standpoint, DAA will continue to do what's best for our customers and not a corporate headquarters. So, our customers will remain in-lane, our vehicles will remain in-lane and our auctioneers will continue to work on-site to ensure the highest level of quality auction experience.
